Your AI Agents
Meet your AI team
These aren't chatbots you configure with rules — they're staff you brief. You tell them about your business once (during setup), and they use that to handle real conversations from there.
The Qualification Agent
Handles every brand-new lead — the first message from someone who's never spoken to you before, on WhatsApp or your website chat widget.
- Greets them and asks 1-2 short questions: what they need, how urgent it is, roughly where they are.
- Quietly scores how serious the lead looks as the conversation goes.
- Marks a lead "Qualified" the moment they seem ready to move forward — that's what puts them on your Dashboard's "Needs your attention" list.
The Nurture Agent
Takes over once a lead has already had first contact — either replying to them, or proactively checking in if they've gone quiet.
- Reactive: when a lead replies, it answers using only what you've told it about your business.
- Proactive: once a day, it looks for leads who haven't replied in a while and are due a check-in, and sends a short, human-sounding follow-up on your behalf.
- If a lead is ready, it marks them qualified for you; if they go quiet again, it schedules the next check-in rather than pestering them.
Your Onboarding Assistant
This one never talks to a lead — it's the setup chat you use yourself, on the Setup screen.
- Captures your services, pricing, tone of voice, FAQs, and any hard "never say this" rules.
- Can read a website you point it at, or a document you upload, to fill in the same details automatically.
- Uploaded files are read once and then discarded — nothing is stored, only the facts it extracts.
Why they never make things up
Every reply your live agents send is grounded in exactly what you told the Onboarding Assistant — real services, real prices, real policies. If something hasn't been captured yet, the agent says so and hands off, rather than guessing. See Trust & Compliance for how this is enforced, and how you can pause either agent instantly from the Agents screen.
