Your Daily Routine

What a normal day looks like

Most days, this is the whole job: read the digest, clear anything flagged for you, get on with your actual work.

The daily digest

Every day you get a digest sent two ways — email, and a WhatsApp message from your own business's number. (The WhatsApp version starts as a short nudge; reply to it and it sends you the full digest — that's a WhatsApp rule for businesses messaging first, not a Nurturly limitation.)

It contains:

  • How many new leads came in over the last 24 hours
  • How many messages your AI handled overnight
  • How many leads are sitting in your pipeline right now, and what any open quotes are worth
  • Appointments booked in the last day
  • Revenue logged since yesterday
  • Your hottest leads, ready for you to look at
  • Any conversation that needs your input — the AI got stuck, or a lead asked for something only you can answer
  • Recurring clients whose renewal is coming due
  • One example follow-up message your Nurture Agent drafted — just to read, nothing is sent from this without you

Get it on demand, anytime

You don't have to wait for the morning digest — text your own business's WhatsApp number yourself, any time, and you'll get the full digest back immediately. The system recognizes it's you (not a lead) by your own phone number, so this works exactly like texting yourself a status update.

💡 Set your personal WhatsApp number under Setup → Your Personal WhatsApp Number — that's what this on-demand digest and the daily push both use. It's a separate number from your business's WhatsApp number, which is what your customers message.

A simple routine that works

  1. Morning: read the digest (WhatsApp or email, whichever you see first).
  2. Clear the list: anything under "needs your attention" or "handed off" on the Dashboard is waiting on you specifically — everything else is already being handled.
  3. Weekly: a quick look at Revenue to see what's actually been attributed to the system.

That's genuinely most of it. The dashboard is there when you want to dig into a specific conversation or lead, but it's not where the day-to-day work happens.
