The Dashboard

A tour of every screen

The dashboard is deliberately thin — your daily digest is the primary interface. This is what each screen is for when you do want to look under the hood.

Dashboard

Your home screen: today's lead count, open conversations, and revenue attributed this month at a glance, the same digest you get on WhatsApp/email, and two short lists — leads marked Qualified (warm, ready for you to act on) and conversations Handed off to a human (awaiting your reply).

Leads

Every lead from every channel you've connected, in one pipeline — view as a list or by stage.

Conversations

An inbox of every AI and human conversation, across every channel. Open any thread to read the full transcript, reply yourself, take over from the AI entirely, hand a conversation back to the AI once you're done, or close it.

Revenue

Revenue the system has attributed to a lead — booked and paid totals for this month and all-time, a breakdown by lead source, your recurring clients, and a full history. Revenue here is logged manually (by you or your team) against a lead — Nurturly doesn't invoice or take payment automatically today.

Agents — owner only

Where you manage your AI team directly:

  • Pause/resume the Qualification or Nurture agent instantly — see Trust & Compliance for exactly what pausing does.
  • Never-promise rules — things your AI must never say, in your own words.
  • Test an agent — a safe sandbox chat that never reaches real leads or changes real data, so you can check how a knowledge-base edit changes your agent's replies before it goes live.
  • Review Requests — a simple, fixed (not AI-written) email asking happy customers for a Google review after a paid job — off until you add your Google review link.

Team — owner only

Invite or deactivate team members by email. Team members can see Leads and Conversations, but never touch agent settings or channel connections — that stays owner-only.

Setup — owner only

Your onboarding flow — chat with your setup assistant, connect channels, upload documents. The badge next to "Setup" in the sidebar shows how many of the core setup steps are still open.
